Shipping Policy

Most order are shipped via USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS within 5 business days of your order. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.

Required Signature

Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three attempt to deliver, the package will be returned to Artifacture

Email Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped. If you desire a tracking number, please call 972-292-8453 between the time of 11:00a.m. – 7:00p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, or email sales@artifacturestudios.com

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect goods. Return requests must be filed within 10 days of the order being received. 

All items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.

Sales on customized items are final, and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they were damaged, or defective.

If items arrive damaged, please document the original packaging, and the type, and extent of the damage, and includes photos of the packaging with your initial report.
